4th Grade Supply List

HOW TO ORDER THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS:

1. Go to https://1stdayschoolsupplies.com/kits.php?sid=108714
2. Select the appropriate grade pack. Be sure to choose next year's grade level! Every kit includes all the exact teacher-requested supplies — the complete list can be viewed online. Note: Tax will be applied at checkout.
   1. Headphones are REQUIRED for every student. They must plug into the computer (no Bluetooth) and ideally will also have volume control. You can provide your own or purchase them separately from 1st Day School Supplies when you order your school supply kit.
3. Pay with a debit or credit card. You will receive an email confirmation once you purchase your child's kit. 
4. Order Dates: Now through June 30, 2024
5. Your kit will be delivered directly to Churchill Road Elementary School in August! Kits will be brought to your child's new classroom.
